Our promise to the future of the trade fair construction industry
Every trade fair is different, every new order presents us with individual challenges. The diversity in the daily work of our successful trade fair construction company is also reflected in the establishment of "Team prisma plan". We are currently training the prisma plan-team of the future in three different occupations.
Five trainees in three occupationsWe are convinced that Cindy Meier, as a budding management assistant in Event organization, is exactly in the right place at a trade fair construction company. The same applies to our communications experts in future. If you, as a customer or business partner, are looking for a short lead to your stand builder, it is guaranteed that Annika Frank and Alexander Maaß will meet you very soon. Both of them are successfully completing their training as office management assistants at prisma plan. The technical side is finally covered by our trainees Anja Sowinski and André Reichhart. Both of them learn the trade of technical product designer and turn fresh fair stand ideas into concrete plans every day. Five trainees with 47 employees in total. Don´t you think that this rate is quite impressive?
Sucess thanks to openness and creativityEvery single one of our promise to the future of the trade fair construction industry. We pave the way to a successful career with all our passion for anyone who is open and creative, who likes to bring their strenghts into a functioning team structure. And this is by no means finished wth the final exam. No, then it´s just starting.

If we look back, we see a number of colleagues who have completed their training in our trade fair construction company with great commitment and then have stayed gladly and with conviction where they belong. From university to the managing director´s officeWith our two future co-managing directors Georgios Roussos and Jörg Beister-Kumpmann we could hardly present more ideal role models. Both have been enthusiastic for our trade fair construction company since their studies and thus for more than two decades.
